One Response to Claiborne Brogden, Company H, 27th Alabama Infantry

  1. Gladys H Sherrer says:

Oliver Perry Williams who fought with 27th Alabama Regiment from February 14, 1864- April 1865, was my great great grandfather. I have researched for eight years, and written an historical novel coming in October 2017 to Amazon.com titled, TRAPPED IN THE CROSSFIRE, a true life story portraying the trials of Sarah Hammett and Oliver Perry Williams, Union loyalists driven from their South Carolina home into the North Alabama wilderness, only to be forced into the Confederate Army.
